Ned joined Manson Anchors in 2002 from a marketing and construction design background. Ned offers a rich design history in all materials and Ned traditionally says yes to a project first, and in true Kiwi fashion, figures out the smaller details later. Ned’s simple approach to manufacturing has meant that through his management style, the company has seen significant savings by using alternative methods and employing the approach, "how can it be done better". Clients appreciate Ned’s problem-solving nature and his intimate knowledge of anchoring design and deployment. It is this ‘can-do’ attitude that permeates throughout the entire company culture.

In 2008 Steve completed an MBA at Auckland University and is currently Commodore of the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron.
Andrew has been around boats his whole life, sailing & racing in the waters of Western Australia. His career started designing mining equipment but then moved into the marine engineering field in 2005 designing military vessels and high speed ferries. After 9 years of designing, troubleshooting & supporting commercial and government vessels it was time for a move into the pleasure boat arena for two world first superyacht projects, followed by a move to New Zealand.
Andrew has a pragmatic and practical approach to all aspects of vessel design & construction including the world class anchoring & deck equipment made by Bowmaster. A skillset that can turn ideas into real world, functioning marine hardware is essential.
A boilermaker by trade, Brendon first entered the marine industry when he began building frigates at Tennix. An absolute natural, it wasn't long before Bendon was running the fabrication department at Alloy Yachts International. Brendons skill set, floor leadership and innovative approrach have been a huge asset to Bowmaster and seen him head the fabrication department for four years. An avid motorcross rider, effeciency and accuracy are traits that Brendon not only applies to his work in the factory, but on the racing curcuit too.
